IPL 2009 may be hosted in South Africa

There is rumor in all media about Indian Premier League (IPL) what will be the venues for the second season. IPL 2009 was suffering for security concern because of Indian general election. Lalit Modi, the commissioner of IPL met to the home ministry of Indian govt. more times. But they both fail to come in a row about extra security concern during the match time. So, IPL 2009 may host in out side of India but the  semi final an final will be held in Indian ground.

 "We are looking at their requirements to see whether we can fulfill them. As I understand, we are one of the parties that they have approached, but for now we can say that we are ready to host the IPL. However, we expect to meet the Indian officials soon to understand the situation better."

Although this is not good news for Indian but may have nothing to do extra for IPL 2009 at this moment. But other satisfaction is that CSA feels interest to host the second season of IPL. IPL T20, Andrew Flintoff and Ashes 2009

Ashes series is very prestigious for the Englishmen. The Ashes-2009 will be taken on from July-August 2009 after the Twenty20 World Cup 2009. It considers that Andrew Flintoff will be the key players for this season. England lost to Australia for 5-0 in the 2006-07 Ashes. But this year Australia is not in good form so it is a big opportunity to take revenge against the Australia.

Indian Premier League 2009 (IPL T20): Fixtures and Time schedules of second season

The second season of Indian premier league DLF IPL T20 is going to take place from 10 April 2009. It is a 45days tournament and 59 individuals’ matches will be organized. The tournament will be continued 10 April to 24 May.

Kevin Pietersen may lead Bangalore Royal Challengers in IPL

Former England Captain Kevin Pietersen has been brought by the franchises of Bangalore Royal Challengers for 1.55 million. This is the highest deal of the BCCI organized Indian Premier League. About Shaun Marsh, Australian New ODI opener

Shaun Marsh is the new opener of the Australian ODI Team after Matthew Hayden. Matthew Hayden retired from international cricket on 13 January 2009 when the ACB selectors erase his name from the ODI squad of the CB series along side the guest South Africa. Englishman Samit Patel will join in the IPL T20 second season

This is the first time England cricketers are going to attend in the BCCI organized Indian Premier League. Last year, the DLF IPL T20 was inaugurated during the home cricket series of England that is why no players attend in the tournament. Though the English all-rounder Dimitri Mascarenhas who signed up to play on the favor of Rajsthan Royals but could not able to play. Sachin Tendulkar’s return in IPLT20 and other!

After come round, Indian master blaster batsman Sachin Tendulkar going to join Indian Premier League (IPLT20) alongside Chennai Super Kings at Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai. Sajid Mahmood turned down the IPLT20 offers

After Ravi Bopara, other English player Sajid Mahmood has turned down the offer to join IPLT20. The man also thinks to improve himself in the home cricket. Similar to Ravi he thought if he can improve himself in the County Cricket then he would extra benefit that IPL20.
