South Africa vs Australia test series: Jacques Kallis reaches 10000th group in test cricket

Jacques Kallis is the most favorite batsman and standing on the top position. I am glad to know that he has listed his name as the eighth men who reached to 10,000 in the test cricket. By playing 129th tests he has archived his name in this honor.

South Africa is playing a test series along with the top-ranked test team Australia. Recently, they South Africa has visited to Australia when the played very positive cricket ever. They won both series trophy (ODI and Test). It is a big honor for my favorite team. On the other hand there is not doubt that the world champions is in pressure to hold their position now a days.

Now, Australia is visiting South Africa for three tests two twenty20 and five ODIs. The first test in going on and today is the 5th day. JH Kallis is still on batting and they just need 276 runs from 8 wickets. So, it is a big challenge for the two countries.

Jacques Kallis is the first South African who has reached this remark. Really, it is a big achievement for him. He already has drawn his name in ODI history as a 10000 run holder. If he sacked a century in the first test then he will pulled up in the 9th position where Indian master batsman SM Gavaskar is leading this place with 10122 runs.

IPL T20, Andrew Flintoff and Ashes 2009

Ashes series is very prestigious for the Englishmen. The Ashes-2009 will be taken on from July-August 2009 after the Twenty20 World Cup 2009. It considers that Andrew Flintoff will be the key players for this season. England lost to Australia for 5-0 in the 2006-07 Ashes. But this year Australia is not in good form so it is a big opportunity to take revenge against the Australia

England tours of West Indies. They are now the middle point of the ongoing tour. Now, 4th Test is going on. From the statistics of the previous matches, WI steps a head to take the series victory. But, in the 4th test they have scored 600 runs just loosing 6 wickets.

Cricinfo reported:

Warne, though, felt England need not worry. "The Ashes will be the most important thing to Andrew Flintoff," Warne told Sky Sports News. "If the IPL is going to jeopardise him playing for England in the Ashes, then I don't think Andrew Flintoff will go to the IPL. He'll make sure he's 100% fit. If he thinks he's fit and he wants to go and play in the IPL, no problem at all."

English all-rounder, Andrew Flintoff has been kept out from the 4th Test due to injury. He also signed up with the IPL T20 on the side of Chennai Super Kings. But, he is doubt to join in the IPL T20 second season. Now we have to wait for what the result come.
