Geeta Basra: A new face in bollywoood film industry

Geeta Basra used to live in England’s island city Portsmouth and comes from England to Mumbai to be a Bollywood star and she entered in Bollywood through the Directer Aaditya Datt’s film Dil Diya Hai. Before entering to the film industry she performed on stage. 

Now, Geeta Basra is a new actress in Bollywood and started her film carrier in 2006 by the Hindi film ‘Dil Diya Hai’ and her second movie was ‘The train’ in 2007.

The film ‘Dil Diya Hai’ was released in 2006. Film star Emraan Hashmi acted along with Geeta Basra. Other actors were Mithun Chakraborty (Rony) Ashmit Patel (Kunaal Malik). Emraan Hashmi (saheel) and Geeta Basra (Neha Mehra) was in lead role. 

In 2007, her 2^nd film was ‘The train’ was directed by Hasnain Hyderabadwala and Raksha Mistry. In this film, Geeta Basra acted a part of seductress role. Her name was Roma kapoor.  Emraan Hashmi played Vishal Dixit and Sayali Bhagat acted Vishal Dixit’s wife as Anjali Dixit. In the film, Vishal Dixit and Anjali Dixit had a 5 years odl daughter. Here Geeta Basra acted a seductress part but it was lead role. The train remakes Hollywood film Derailed. Although Geeta Basra’s two films did not get any successful in box-office but her act came on gossiping in Bollywood. Because Emraan Hashmi and Geeta Basra did a very a close scan.

Liverpool is taking seriously to Chelsea

Liverpool is very serious about the faults in the past matches. The team manager Rafa Benitez has warned to his players seriously about it. Akshay Kumar’s Chandni Chowk to China has been banned to Nepal

Akshay Kumar’s new Bollywod movie "Chandni Chowk to China" has been released on 16 January 2009. Most of the bollywood loving countries are showing this movie except Nepal, in the world. Nepal has petitioned about this movie. The main cause is Aksay Kumar told that the Buddha was born in India, in the film. The birth place of Buddha is Lumbini, Southwest of Katmandu. In Nepal 11 percent people are Buddhist. Information and Communication ministry of Nepal declared that we have banned the movie. 

News.Yahoo reported:

"We deleted the scene after checking the movie from the authorised distributor, but we cannot remove the scene on illegal videos that is smuggled into the country," said Narayan Prasad Regmi, spokesperson at the Ministry of Information and Communications. 

The Buddhist asked all kinds of help from Nepal Government to stop this movie in Nepal. But in illegal CDs/DVDs are being handing over in Nepal across the Indian borders.

Nepal’s Foreign Minister Regmi asked to take steps to stop this movie in other countries. 80 percent Hindu and 11 percent Buddhist have been living in Nepal where Indian movie is so popular and Hindi language is available there. Nepalese are excited this type of wrong information about ‘Siddartha Gautama’ who was born 2,500 years ago and at Lumbini. Nepal is a deeply spiritual place and Nepalese are really socked so they want to stop this movie in Nepal and other country.

Nine years ago 3 people are killed and 180 injured for this that Bollywood actors Hrithik Roshan said that he did not like Nepal and Nepalese.

An economic downturn in developed and emerging markets caused the industry’s weakest growth rate since 2001. Retailers de-stocked due to credit tightness, while consumers delayed purchases because of fears of a recession. Three of the top 5 handset vendors grew at negative rates. Samsung performed best, grabbing an 18% global share. Nokia, Sony Ericsson and Motorola continued to disappoint. Full-year shipments for the industry grew just 5% in 2008, to 1.18 billion units.
