Australia vs Sri Lanka Test 2007: M Muralitharan vs Australia and Sri Lanka Test Series

Australia is always crazy on M Muralitharan. Cricketers and the people of Australia did not like him. It could happen for two causes. Australia people and the cricketers are not agree to think anyone similar to Sharn Warn and as they could not play M Muralitharan’s spin well. M Muralitharan is only the player who can spare efficiency fully over them. Australia always tries to find out cause to dominate him. It is Australia, who objected about his bowling action. After ICC’s observation M Muralitharan’s bowling action become ok. But Australia does not stop throwing bad word against him. I think it is not fair. One should contest other with their capability not by mistreatment.

"It's not specific to breaking the record, but it's significant to this point of time," he said. Sri Lankan team manager Shritam Samararatkne said he was delighted with the idea. "I was told by the Sri Lankan Cricket Board that the Australians are going to do something and to co-operate with them," he said. "They are going to do something during the Test match lunch or dinner in Brisbane."

Sri Lanka played many test matches in Australia but did not get the test of victory. Now, Sri Lanka is preparing them strong to break this tradition against the host Australia. Sri Lankan skipper Mahela Jayawardene is thinking to use M Muralitharan for discomfiting Australia.

Australia vs Sri Lanka Test 2007: Sri Lanka is doing well in the warm up match

Sri Lanka tour of Australia for two tests matches. The first test will take place form 8 November 2007. They are playing some preparation match before test. When I was writing the article, it was after two days after the first tour match and the second match will be started between Queensland and Sri Lanka on 2 November at Brisbane. The first tour math was totally positive for Sri Lanka. Bowlers and Batsmen both were doing well in the three days worm up match. MS Atapattu(56), Jayasuriya (154) and Samaraweera(71) all batsmen did well and the bowlers M Muralitharan, MF Maharoof bowled a very good economic bowl in the math.

Sri Lankan Master blaster Sanath Jayasuriya reminded his previous match and to told that "I made my first test century here against Australia, so I'm quite happy to get another hundred here," said 38-year-old Jayasuriya, who has indicated this will be his last tour of Australia. "It's always good to get a hundred before a test series because you get a lot of confidence from that."

There is no doubt the Australia is the best Cricket Team in the world now a day. Their test winning records are well. They won 12 tests match without break and wrote their name in the record of cricket history. On the other hand Sri Lanka has a very good quality batsmen and bowlers. So the match will be more exciting.

Australia vs Sri Lanka series 2007: Brett Lee is expecting to win the series

Australian pace bowler Brett Lee is expecting that his team and team members will do well in the upcoming two matches test series along with Sri Lanka. He was not on the team last 10 month for his injury. The first match will started from 9 November 2007. Although his pioneer Mc Grath and Shane Worn is not on the team but the team will keen to with the series, he told strongly. As an example he added that they had done well in the last series along with India. They could reflect that success in the forthcoming series too.

"I've done it (led the attack) for about three years now with the one-day attack, so it's not going to be any different," he said. "The fact now that we haven't got Glenn and also Shane Warne to rely on when days get tough - and I'm sure there will be some tough days over the next 12 to 18 months."

The 30-year-old may be on the comeback trail after suffering an ankle injury which ruled him out of Australia's triumphant 2007 World Cup campaign. But, despite toiling without reward during NSW's recent draw with Queensland in the Pura Cup, he feels fit enough to challenge Sri Lanka's celebrated batting line-up and get some wickets.

I am not sure how he is expecting it because Sri Lankan is in Australia now and playing some preparation match with the host and doing very well. Yes, he could expect so because Australia is the most powerful team in the world now. In the all the sectors such as batsmen, blowers and all-rounder are very strong of Australian team.
