What is the next destination of Dev Whatmore?

The Indian selection committee has defused Dev whatmore as a coach of Indian team, the news comes Pakistan keen to decide Dev Whatmore as a Coach of Pakistan Cricket team. Some news agency (Khaleej Times, Frontline, Deccan Herald and Cricket World Cup Latest) has published news that both Pakistan and Dev Whatmore are agree to agree as a coach on the Pakistan Cricket Team.

But some other news agencies (The News - International, and Malaysia Sun) has published news that Pakistan not in a hurry to name new coach. So, which one is true?

In news, which indicate that Dev Whatmore will be the coach of Bangladesh Cricket Team? (Cricket365.com, The South African Star, Cricket Web, and Yahoo!)This news is not bad for Bangladesh because in his coaching time, Bangladesh Cricket Team showed best performance also fight on super eight positions in the last World Cup Cricket Championship 2007.

The progress of Bangladesh in the Whatmore Age

Bangladesh cricket is the Ashraful age now. Before, it was Bashar age. At that time the Australian Cricket Coach Dev Whatmore played the important role to reached Bangladesh in this fighting position. Dev Whatmore just has finished his coaching period. But Bangladesh still wants him now or future. It is clear from the announcement of nn official of Bangladesh Cricket Board,

"Our door is still open for Whatmore. He is a great coach and (the) Bangladesh team has improved a lot during his four-year tenure," Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) general secretary Mahbub Anam said.

Anam, who heads the board's coach-hunting mission launched when Whatmore quit last month, said Bangladesh had not said good-bye to the Australian, noting: "He made the decision to leave the post."


During his coaching time Bangladesh improves more. As a result Bangladesh fought on the super eight at Caribbean in ICC World Cup Championship 2007.
