India vs Sri Lanka 2nd Test: Batting and V Sehwag’s century

India started very well in the first innings of second Test in Galle. At the end of the day they scored total 214 runs by losing four wickets. With the opening batsmen G Gambhir and V Sehwag’s skillful batting sent India to 151 runs without losing wicket. Due to rain and wet gourd the match stared again after long time gap and India lost their valuable four wickets in as short time at the end of the day. This is very crucial stars for Sri Lanka. They all leave the field with full of confidence.
I have quote these lines form southasiafair.com where the writer praise V Sehwag so much for his century and leading the Indian team in the rainy day of Test Cricket history. In the opening partnership with Gautam Gambhir, Virender Sehwag added 167 runs which made the ground of Indian innings. Though the later batsmen could not carry on winning momentum thanks to a short collapse in the middle order which saw four Indian batsmen going back to the pavilion within 11 runs, Virender Sehwag still remains at the crease as a constant threat for the Sri Lankan bowlers. He is the only hope for Indian team now.
It seems that India is following the last day of the first Test match when India was beat seriously at the SSC Play Ground. But the only century holders of Indian team and most dependable batsman V Sehwag is still unbeaten VVS Luxman is assist and also will come to the field tomorrow. So enjoy the match between India vs Sri Lanka match form Galle Stadium, Sri Lanka.
