India is looking coach for the their Team

In the first and second match of the ongoing series India did very bad performances. They are blaming for some silly mistake that moved up for lacking of proper coaching. The match along India with any team is always exciting. In the first and second ODI India had to pay for their mistake. I think a large number of cricket fans who live in the sub continent disappeared to see the Indian batting and bowling performances. To overcome it they keen to practices under a strong coaching.

Media coverage has raised a storm that India made basic mistakes in both the ODIs in Bangalore and Kochi. The bowlers did not read the wickets and hence did not make the relevant adjustments to their length and technique right through both the innings.

Dhoni should have moved Dravid or Tendulkar closer to his spinners in the field and made them direct the attack on a ball to ball basis. To me India need a person like Parthasastry Sharma, a man who was taught the game by playing with Vijay Manjrekar and Salim Durrani. He should be part of the Indian think tank. He knows the many nuances of the game both as a batsman and a bowler.

On the issue of Sreesanth’s attitude, I do believe that it is his personal choice. I see nothing wrong with his exaggerated belligerence but the team management needs to take a call on whether it would be better advised to just play the game without unduly exciting them.
