He was appointed in this post instead his state team mate Rahul Dravid, who resigned his own self from the post of captain in September 2007.

Harbhajan Singh is an Indian cricketer and is an important off spin bowler in the cricket world. In ODI cricket he has taken 455 wickets. He has made this record on December 3, 2007 overtaking the Australian spinner Shane Warne’s highest wicket taking record. Also, he is the only one cricketer in the world who took 1000 wickets in both ODI and test cricket. He is the highest wickets/match ratio (6.1) among the bowlers who have taken more 200 wickets.

Abdur Razzak is a Bangladeshi left-arm spin bowler. He is now an important cricketer for Bangladesh and his ICC bowling ranking position is 20. He made his debut in first class cricket at Bangladeshi domestic cricket on behalf of Khulna division in 2001-2002.
Performing well against Zimbabwe A, he was selected for Bangladesh A (training team for the full national squad). His best performance is 7 for 17.
First of all, Abdur Razzak’s debut became in Asia Cup One Day International against Hong Kong in 2004 for Bangladeshi national team.
