Irrfan Khan and Lara Dutta’s upcoming hindi film is ‘Billu Barber’. They act in the leading roles. This is the first time of Shahrukh Khan in a supporting role. The film other supporting actors are Om Puri, Rajpal Yadav, Asrani and Kareena Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, Priyanka Chopra will be seen as guest appearances. The film is reformed according to the Malayalam film ‘Kadha Parayumbol’. The film is scheduled to be released on 13 February, 2009.
The story is set in today's day and age. Billu (Irrfan Khan) plays a village barber. His business is running low because he has not been able to upgrade himself according to the changing trends. One fine day, a film unit visits his village to shoot a movie. It stars a superstar (Shahrukh Khan), who Billu claims to have been friends with.
Shahrukh Khan and Gauri Khan produced and Priyadarshan directed ‘Kadha Parayumbol’ was written by Sreenivasan. Irrfan Khan will appear as Billu and Lara Dutta as Billu’s Wife. The music director is Pritam and Gulzar & Sayeed Quadri. There is 15 songs and that already been released.

They are: ‘Signal’ and ‘Tere bin.’ ‘Signal,’ which was sung by famous Indian pop singer Remo Fernandes is a comedy song. It was picturised on Tanushree Dutta, Akshay Kumar, Govinda and Paresh Rawal. The other song, ‘Tere Bin’ was a romantic number with hummable music and great lyrics. ‘Tere Bin’ went on to become the most popular song of the movie.
Govinda: Govinda has been acting in Hindi movies since 1986 and one of the most successful actors of Bollywood commercial cinema. He can play any type of role. One of the major weaknesses of Bhagam Bhaag is its non sense climax. Since it was a comedy movie, people enjoyed it very much.
