Pakistan squad and some change for India match in Asia Cup Cricket
The 30-year-old, who has performed well domestically, was praised as a ‘quality off-spinner’ by Salahuddin. “Ajmal has impressed with his wicket-taking ability and can also bowl one which goes out like former spinner Saqlain Mushtaq and we hope he does well in this tournament,” Salahuddin told reporters. Ajmal, who is playing domestic cricket since 1996-97, has taken 232 wickets in 72 first class matches with an average of 27 runs per wicket. Defending Ajmal’s selection, Salahuddin said Ajmal had performed well in the domestic circuit and one should not be concerned about his age. “There are many examples of aged spinners who played for their countries. Spinners have no age limit,” he maintained.
The selector committee is thinking the new spinner Saeed Ajmal will able to show a good performance during the match along with India. The cause of their selection is a good capacity and effective routine works in the domestic series bound the selectors to include him in the announced team.

Pakistan Squad for Tri-Nation Series Tournament
Tri-Nation ODI Series, 2008 has already started in Dhaka at Ser-e-Bangla Stadium Mirpur form 8 June with the match between host Bangladesh and Pakistan. The host Bangladesh is thinking to do well in the Tri-Nation series tournament.
Two months ago Bangladesh was invited to Pakistan to play 5 matches ODI series. Bangladesh bagged white wash. That was a very good achievement of Pakistan. Now Pakistan is confidence on its team. The squad has some very good quality batsmen and bowlers.
"We have picked the best possible squad for what would be a tough tournament," chief selector Salahuddin Ahmed told Reuters.
"We have also picked a few young players to give them exposure."
Some of the batsmen who played in Indian formatted T20 tournament call IPL have showed very good performances. Sohail Tanvir, Shahid Afridi is one of the best performers during the IPL series.
Mohammad Yousuf, Misbah-ul-Haq is the most dependent batsmen in the Pakistan team. So the figures you can see in the blow are not less strong than other teams in the Tri-Nation series tournament.

Pakistan vs Zimbabwe: Pakistan Squad for 3rd ODI
Pakistan team management has added Sohail Kahn and Khalid Latif in Pakistan squad for third ODI at Multan against Zimbabwe on January 27.
Sohail Khan, a right-arm first bowler, will be replaced in place of Samiulah Khan, a recently debutant cricketer, who failed to haul any wickets in last two ODIs. On the other hand Khalid Latif will be replaced in place of Sarfraz Ahamed, a reserve wicket Keeper.
Sohail Khan made his ODI debut in Karachi was shown his brilliant performance by taking 65 wickets in nine first-class matches in this season including four-day tour match against Zimbabwe. Sohail caused trouble in that four day match of Zimbabwean batsmen by his impressive pace and bounce bowling. But he was injured a slight in his right shoulder during throwing the ball, so he was in rest for a week to the advice of physician.
Pakistan team management wanted to change in their wicket keeping, so they added Sarfraz in their team though he wasn’t kept in team for the 3rd ODI. So, according to the selectors Kamran Akmal will play in 3rd ODI. Sarfraz has been sent to a special wicket-keeping camp in Lahore.
And Latif, who performed consecutive half-centuries from his debut in International cricket. Latif scored 593 runs in the recent finishing Quaid-e-Azam Trophy. However, his conclusion in the team will create pressure on Salman butt, who has failed to get runs in last matches against Zimbabwe.
