Will IPL second season be scheduled South Africa?

But the authorities of both countries have denied this reposts.

But officials from Cricket South Africa and the BCCI downplayed the rumours, insisting that India remained the preferred venue. "There have been no talks," said CSA chief executive Gerald Majola. "It is definitely a rumour." 

There is no doubt that India is the best palace to inaugurate cricket games. If you look over then you can find hundreds of stable reasons why India is best. Most important thing is that if this club tournament shifts to SA then all the matches even every most of the cricket playing countries will be worried to play cricket in Indian soil.
