Bangladesh Team for Twenty20 World Cup

Bangladesh announced the 15 man squad for the Twenty20 cricket World Championships. In the inaugural ceremony, the will be leaded by Mohammad Ashraful. Mohammad Rafique and Javed Omar have kept out from the announced team and Junaid Siddique, Mohammad Nazimuddin, Nadif Chowdhury and Ziaur Rahman are newly added.

AP reported about, Bangladesh has been drawn with hosts South Africa and the West Indies in group A of the preliminary league with the top two qualifying for the Super Eights round.

The 12-team tournament features the nine nation’s currently playing Test cricket along with Zimbabwe, Kenya and Scotland.
