Australia won the Border-Gavaskar Test series by 2-1. through the draw of the 4th test at Adelaide. In the 4th test, Anil Kumble, the Indian skipper, won the toss and decided to bat first because the pitch of Adelaide was batting helpful. India cashed 526 runs ten wickets in their first innings, where Sachin Tendulkar performed 153 runs. The batting genius Tendulkar reached at his 39 test centuries with this century. Besides, V Sehwag, Harbhajan SinghIn, collected 63 in every one and Indian captain, Anil Kumble collected 87 runs. On the other hand Australia gathered 563 runs for all wickets and they led 37 runs to India.
