Bollywood actor Abhishek Bachchan has said that his upcoming film ‘Drona’ is his best and biggest film so far in his career. Guru fame Abhishek Bachchan, however, gives the full credit to director Goldie Behl for his performance in the movie. Inspired by Hindu mythology, ‘Drona’ tells the tale of a man (played by Abhishek Bachchan) who saves the human beings from destruction by unraveling the secret of the universe.

This is, in fact, the most expensive movie Abhishek Bachchan ever involved in. After the excellent performances in the movies like Yuva, Guru, Sarkar and Sarkar Raj, Abhishek Bachchan is now confident that Bollywood moviegoers will see another powerful performance from him in the movie ‘Drona’.

Yash Chopra to Cast Amitabh, Abhishek, Shah Rukh, Katrina in his Next Directorial

After a gap of four years, Yash Chopra is back in direction with a multi-starrer project. Aishwarya and Abhishek Bachchan to Portray Shah Jahan-Mumtaz on Big Screen?

Reports out in the media suggest that one of the leading production houses in Bollywood is now planning to cast Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan as Shah Jahan and Mumtaz Mahal respectively in a romantic film based on the story of Taj Mahal. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan earlier turned down at least five offers for portraying Mumtaz Mahal including an offer for a Ben Kingsley production. A source from the production house says that Abhishek’s look in the recent periodical movie Drona has made them think off a period film starring Abhishek Bachchan and his wife Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.

Surprisingly, Abhishek Bachchan is perhaps the only Bollywood star who has shot at Taj Mahal in Agra for five times so far in his career. Starting with Tera Jadoo Chal Gaya, Abhishek has also shot at Taj Mahal while filming Bunty Aur Babli, Jhoom Baraabar Jhoom, his cell phone advertisement last year and his upcoming film Rakeysh Mehra’s Dilli 6.

Now, let us see if the real life couple portrays the love of Mumtaz Mahal and Shah Jahan on the big screen for the Bollywood fans.

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan to Sing in Mani Ratnam’s ‘Raavan’

After showing modeling and acting skill, now Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is awaiting to reveal her singing talent. Well, do not misinterpret my words thinking that she is going to take up signing as her new profession. The Bollywood super star will play the female lead role of Mani Ratnam’s upcoming film Raavan where she will portrays the role of a classical singer. After 2007 hit ‘Guru’ alongside hubby Abhishek Bachchan, Raavan is Aishwarya’s first film with Mani Ratnam.

According to a source, it has been revealed that Aishwarya Rai Bachchan will take training in classical singing for doing the role perfectly and might lend her voice to all her songs in the film. It is also reported that Aishwarya is a good singer in real life, but she needs to take training in classical singing for this movie and she will be taking lesions from a Guru on classical singing regularly.

Meanwhile, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan also needs to shun her musical skills for a classical role to be portrayed by her mother-in-law Jaya Bachchan in Rajiv Menon’s remake of Abhimaan starring AIshwarya and Abhishekk Bachchan in the lead roles in the movie.

Abhishek Bachchan Hosting a Television Talk Show 'Big B's Den' on NDTV Imagine

Amitabh Bachchan rocked the television viewers with his sensible and humorous style of hosting popular television show “kaun banega crorepati”, before Shah Rukh Khan turned in to host the same show later on with enough success. Recently, Salman Khan hosted a television show named “dus ka dum”. Akshay Kumar and Suniel Shetty also hosted television show earlier. Now, Bachchan junior, Abhishek Bachchan will appear on the television screen with his television show 'Big B's Den' on NDTV Imagine. Aishwarya and Abhishek will act together

The famous Bollywood married couple Ash-Abhi will be cast together for the film which will be made over the biography of Lord Gautam Buddha and his wife. It is the first time they will be paired together in a film after their marriage.

Pan Nalin is staying in Mumbai now to convince the Bachchan bahurani to sign up his desired project. Pan said, “I came Mumbai with script and DVD’s of my two films and met with Ash. I was surprised that such a big celebrity could be so humble and down to earth. She heard the story and wanted to know about different critical questions and other logistic about the film. She told me that she has heard about my movie and after seeing my film she came to me. Ash assured me that she is agree to play the role but wanted to know that who would play in the introduction of Gautam Budha? Then I inform her Abhishek’s name for the role. To hear his name Ash was zapped and said to me to get in touch with Abhishek.”

Pan Nalin said that he wasn’t fan of Abhishek before, never would I think much him as a great actor but my guess changed after seeing of his acted films Yuva and Guru.

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has Celebrated her 34 Birthday at Taj Mohal

Today is 1 November 2007, Bollywood queen Aishwarya Rai’s 34^th birthday. In another articles I wrote that I was not clear how they would celebrate their birthday. It was gloomy. Now, it is clear that what was Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan’s their plan. The couple visited the monument of love, Taj Mohal. You all know that Taj Mohal is the 7^th wonder of the world. May be it was the special offer for hubby Abhishek Bachchan. After their marriage it is the first birthday of Aishwaraya Bachchan. Amitav Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan were along with them at the time of visiting the wonder monument.

It`s been a hectic time for Aishwarya. "I came back from the US from shooting Pink Panther in time for Karwa Chauth. God knows how the cameras got our shots, probably from neighbour`s premise. We`re just leading our lives normally.I don`t know why or how the press has this hunger to know about us."

She laughs, "This is my first birthday after marriage and therefore a very special occasion. Spending time with the people I love is my greatest joy. I`m in a very happy place. And I don`t mean Agra. Just being with three people who mean so much to me makes my life complete. God has been kind. There`s great fulfillment in love and in being loved, by not just my husband but his parents who are now my parents. We`re one family and we all love one another."

Aishwarya Rai will act in role of Mamataz in her next movie Taj Mohla.

Abhishek was very protective of Ash and so was Amitabh”, says a source from the production team of Sarkar Raaj.

So is Ash really pregnant we probe? “The baby bump is definitely not the reason why Ash is not going public these days. At least the bump was not visible while she was shooting for Sarkar Raaj ” confirms our source.
