Bajaj ultra low cost car may be come on 2011

Bajaj, Renault and Nissan jointly announced a project in 2008 called ultra-low-cost car project. It was scheduled that the Bajaj Auto’s ultra low cost (ULC) car would come to the Indian roads in 2010. But, may some designing problem that is why it will take more time re-designing.

According to the latest media reports, Ravi Bajaj, Managing Director, Bajaj Auto has ordered major modifications in the car’s design and other aspects, scrapping the earlier model.

 

Bajaj Auto’s ultra low cost (ULC) car may be the alternative of Tata Nano. It expects that the car will be run more the 30 km just a liter fuel. It will also run with both petrol and diesel. Even the price will be just Rs 1.5 lakh.
