Chaminda Vaas Rates Sachin Tendulkar as an All Time Great

Sachin Tendulkar has been placed 26th in the ranking of ICC All Time Great. ICC recently released its all time great ranking recently, and there were many who got surprised to see Tendulkar at the 26th place in the ranking. Vaas, who is currently playing for Mohun Bagan in West Bengal, said that Sachin Tendulkar would always remain an all time great cricketer. The Sri Lankan pacer is currently out of Sri Lankan ODI team, but he is confident that he can make a comeback to Sri Lanka’s ODI squad. Vaas also praised Sri Lanka’s mysterious spinner Ajantha Mendis, stating that the spinner has improved a lot and has been performing consistently in test and ODI cricket.

There are many who consider Sachin Tendulkar as the greatest ever batsman after Sir Don Bradman. Tendulkar has highest runs in both test and ODI cricket with highest no. of centuries in both formats of cricket. Besides, Tendulkar also holds a number of other batting records.
