Mohali was selected the 2nd test venue of India vs England. But, the ECB was confused about the security being the border province of Pakistan after the following terrorist attack in Mumbai. Visiting Mohali area and getting green signal for the ECB, England cricketer agreed to play the second test in Punjab Cricket Association Stadium, Mohali. The second test venue is very positive for the pacer in one of the largest and well out-fitted cricket ground.
