Twenty20 World Cup 2007: Pakistan is Practicing under new Coach

After long time absence Pakistan is practicing under the new coach Geoff Lawson. Pakistan pace bowler Shoaib Akhtar confidently said that they are doing well under the new coach.

IOL reported:

"Of course Lawson has made a swift impact. He is a thinking coach and the team in general, and fast bowlers in particular, are benefiting," Akhtar told.

"I am hopeful that this team can achieve the best results," he said.

"But we are focussed for not only Twenty20 cricket but also for the important Test series against South Africa, India and Australia," said Akhtar. Pakistan face the three series in the next seven months.

After flopping a in the last ICC Championship in Jamaica now they adjusted up for the Twenty20 World Cup 2007 which will took place in South Africa.
