Kia Motors expects 3-4 percent gross in 2010

Economic recession has been almost over. The impact is showing in the different markets including in the car market. At the end of the first half of the year Kia Motors Corp. has announced the incrimetn of their production. After launching Kia Sportage and ix35 from it supported brand Hyundai its out-put increase 67 percent in Europe.

Kia Motors' has an assembly plant in northern Slovak town of Zilina which earns the title of fourth-biggest exporter in Europe. Its capacity of assemble is around 300,000 vehicles each year. In the first half of the year, it already has been produced 107,000 vehicles. The company is expectation 200,000 at the end to the year. Last year, it manufactured 150,020. The company is expecting the 3 percent and 4 percent gross this year. Source: Autonews
