Airtel users will get Contents, matches and interviews of Manchester United

Airtel has signed up a contact of multimillion dollar with the most famous English giant football club Manchester United. Bharti Airtel Deputy CEO Sanjay Kapoor and Man Utd authority along with Wayne Rooney, Carlos Tevez and Darren Fletche are present in the ceremony. The earning money for mobile content will be divided between Manchester United and Airtel. And Airtel is the first company which make a deal with any English Football Clubs.

"Football is definitely seeing a growing interest amongst the young population in India. Therefore, we are making a pioneering effort to bring to them rich football content on their mobiles, participation in soccer schools and also an opportunity to watch football matches across Europe," Bharti Airtel Deputy CEO Sanjay Kapoor said after signing the deal.

 

To develop Indian football, Bharti Airtel is trying to do best on the side of them. Last year they announced that they are going to setup a football academy to develop Indian football so that they could eligible for the next world Cup 2018. The new contact will be financially strong on the side of Man Utd.  25% stake holders of India mobile market, Airtel will expand Manchester United football Club’s fans from 330 million.
