Toshiba Mini NB200-A102: Buy from Laptop Fair 2010

Dhaka is all set to inaugurate the 3^rd Zoom Laptop fair on 20 January. The 2^nd stage was held in the same place. Among the 15 Pavilions HP and Toshiba will have two separate pavilions. Beside them, it hopes Asus will display their products by taking a big stage because it is on the co-sponsors four.

Recently, IOM, a Bangladesh top level computer product importer has published a news that it has brought a Netbook from Toshiba with 10.1 inch display.

The Toshiba Mini NB200-A102 is very light prototype with exclusive design of cosmic black color.  Although it has some remarkable sides this is very unique. With one year regional warranty Toshiba Mini NB200-A102 has been equipped with Intel Atom Processor1.66GHz, 1GB of RAM, 160 GB Hard Disk drive, webcam, 3 USB, Mulitmedia card reader, Wifi, and the operation system is Windows XP Home edition.

Toshiba mini Laptop NB200-a101: The Cheapest Netbook

When I was reading the newspapers of Bangladesh, it notices me an advertisement on Toshiba mini Laptop (NB200-a101) is just for Tk. 36000. I was astonished when I found that was displayed in the PC Show 2009, was held on Singapore from 11 to 14 June 2009 and the price tag was $799 (may be Singapore currency). But in Toshiba website I have found the price of NB200 series is starting form $329.99 (US dollar). In an Indonesian website the price of the Netbook is Rp 5.590.000.

The Toshiba has been equipped with Intel Atom processor with 1.66 GHz and 1GB of memory DD2 533MHz SDRAM. The storage drive is 160GB and speed is 5400rpm. The screen display is 10.1 inch and the weight is 1.16 Kg with is light for carrying.

PXW/55GW and PXW/57GW Laptop from Toshiba Dynabook Satellite series

Two Laptop computers are from Toshiba which it PXW/55GW and PXW/57GW in Japan market now. Yesterday, Toshiba has launched these two Laptops from the Dynabook Satellite PXW Series. Both has 15.4 inch with LCD screen with 1,280x800 resolution (WXGA). Among the two, one is high-end version and other is low-end version.

 

The High-End configured the Dynabook Satellite PXW/57GW has Core 2 Duo P8400 CPU with 2.26GHz clock speed. It has 2GB memory that can be extended up to 4GB with huge storage of 160GB. The 15.4 LCD screen has with 1280×800 WXGA resolution. The Price will be around €930 or around $1,237.

 

On the other hand, Low-End has similarly 15.4 inch display with 1280×800 WXGA resolution. HDD has similar to 57GW has Core 2 Duo P8400 CPU with 2.26GHz clock speed of 160GB. But the processor is Intel Celeron 575 and clock speed is 2GHz and has optical driver. The price will be around €800 (about $1,064).
