Made on Lakshmi Devi Productions, the film is directed by K. Vijayabhaskar, with presentation by Bellamkonda Suresh and production by Sakamuri Panduranga Rao.

The muhurat shot was clapped on the lead pair by D. Suresh Babu. Camera was switched on by VV Vinayak, and first shot direction is by Dr. K.L. Narayana. Music is scored by KM Radhakrishna of `Anand` and `Chandamama` fame. The story is about the pranks of two thieves.
