Dimitri Mascarenhas: The Booster of Rajasthan Royals in IPL

IPLT20 is an Indian formatted Twenty20 cricket tournament. The BCCI setup it to protest ICL and ICC is backing up it. It was one kind of tournament like English Premier League (EPL) where foreign cricketer will take part beside the Indian players. Some of cricketers have joined the inaugural tournament except the English. The English County Cricket is running at the same time of Indian Premier League.

Mascarenhas' arrival will bolster Rajasthan, who are now second in the IPL standings after three-successive victories, and he hoped that his team would be able to sustain their momentum. "The biggest challenge for the Royals from hereon is to achieve consistent winning results. The team has had an amazing run after the first game and the main objective now is to force our way into the semi-finals and then the final," Mascarenhas told the Hindu.

The first English man has come to join IPL on behalf of Rajasthan Royals. The team just has lost one match among the fours. The fifth match of Rajasthan Royals will be held on 1 May against Kolkata Knight Riders.

Rajasthan Royals v Kolkata Knight Riders: Online live, video and an important brief

The DLF IPL Live telecast area in internet: by the time being IPL is getting popularity among the people home and abroad. There some television channel that is telecasting live the match from the play ground. Sony Entertainment television has got the telecast right. Willow TV an interment based TV media also got the right. It is broadcasting live commentary and video streaming too for the North American cricket fans. But if you like to want the video sreaming then you wil have to

There are many website you will is giving the live ball by ball commentary. After banning the website about cricket during the office time in India some of the website that is not related cricket is showing the ball by ball commentary live in its websites.

On 1 May the 18th match of DLF Indian Premier League between Rajasthan Royals v Kolkata Knight Riders will be held at Sawai Mansingh Stadium, Jaipur. The match will full of competition because of Kolkata Knight Riders past two matches’ performances. On the other hands Rajasthan Royals is steady after a serial win of last three matches among the four matches.

The next victory will be confirmed Rajasthan Royal’s for semi-final. There is no doubt that the Rajasthan Royals are improving mot day after day. It lost just the first matches along with Delhi Daredevils that was leading by the Indian top order batsmen V Sehwag. The 3rd match of DLF Indian Premier League was totally accident for Rajasthan Royals. Everyone thought that the only foreign captain in the IPL team will go ahead. I also thought so. But the performances of the second match of Rajasthan Royals and the 6th match of Indian Premier League totally change my evaluation. Now my concept increase so much and thinking that the team is one of the top team in the IPL tournament that could be qualified for the final.

It seems, the time is coming is good for Rajasthan Royals. Most important thing is for the team is the England all-rounder Dimitri Mascarenhas is going to play the next matches till 12 May. He may play 5 IPL matches and later he will go back to join his home series (County Cricket). He will be free during the semi-final and the final according to IPL Schedule. He is expecting to play the semi-final and the final match. Now the team’s condition is to steady to defeat any team any time. So Rajasthan Royals is danger for any team now, especially the team Kolkata Knight Riders.

The last math of Rajasthan Royals, the 12th match of Indian Premier League was most attractive for all the cricket fans who were watching math live on stadium and TV viewers. Shane Watson is the Man of the Match for his spell of 2 for 20 off four overs followed by an unbeaten 61 off 41 balls. He even hit 26 runs off one over from Praveen Kumar, which read 4,6,4,4,4,4.

Kolkata Knight Rider is another strong team in the DLD IPL tournament. The team has been played 4 matches and success come 50%. Its fate is trembling. Although the team on the top according to the point table. In the first time the long distance victory against Bangalore Royal Challengers rise up the team high. The second victory at Eden Gardens was not easy like the first match. It could say that it was great victories for the team to beat the top teams of the IPL tournament. Rahul Dravid leaded Bangalore Royal challengers considered as a most favorite team in the IPL tournament. So the popularity comes most after beating the team easily.

It is the first time; Kolkata Knight Riders is going the meet against the second higher scorer team in the point tables. The team already has showed its mind blowing performances. I think Kolkata Knight Riders will not take the match very easy. The rules of the tournament are each team will play two matches in every team. So now what is Sourav’s team is thinking to dominate Rajasthan team.

The first and the second match summary of the Kolkata Knight Riders team

Kolkata Knight Riders was the top score holders among the IPL Teams. Now IPL has become a most exciting and poplar match. The first two matches Kolkata Knight Riders has won were more suffocating. On 18 April, in the inaugural ceremony, they defeated Bangalore Loyal Challengers by a long distance of 140 runs and in the second match it beat Deccan Chargers by 5 wickets.

In the first match, the winning hero was MoM - Brendon McCullum who scored 158 runs not out just played 73balls. It is the individual highest score in Twenty20 history and IPL (Indian Premier League) too. Scoring this runs he achieves a respected cap.

On the other hands, in the second match, the team was about to loss but David Hussey’s 6 in the last ball help Kolkata Knight Riders winner. That is why he selected as the Man of the Match.

Kolkata Knight Rider is playing the rule like the team India in the inaugural ceremony in South Africa. I think not one thought that India and Pakistan will play the final match. The movement of the team is totally gloomy to all the fans. The last match was most terrible for all the cricket fans. It seems that all of team members are absent from their responsibilities. But he tem Mumbai Indian was very action full. After a long silence it back it life.

Motorola Study Reveals Enterprise WLANs as a Must-Have to Increase Productivity

IT Spending on Wi-Fi Expected to Grow in North America to Meet Business'
Demand for Significantly Enhanced and Expanded WLANs in the Next Year

LAS VEGAS, April 29 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- INTEROP, LAS VEGAS (Booth #1051) -- The Enterprise Mobility business of Motorola, Inc. (NYSE: MOT) today announced its research results from an enterprise wireless LAN (WLAN) study[1] analyzing the deployments and requirements of North American enterprise WLAN decision-makers. More than half of all the survey respondents said they have either fully or partially deployed an enterprise WLAN with an additional 31 percent trialing or planning to deploy WLANs by 2010.

Nearly 20 percent of the polled enterprises said their IT spending on WLAN technologies will be 5 percent higher than last year's budgeted expenditure. Despite the current soft economic conditions worldwide, enterprises are still prioritizing enterprise WLAN deployments and upgrades. Only 4 percent of survey respondents said they would reduce spending on WLAN technologies this year.

"Enterprises are realizing the strategic need to invest in wireless infrastructures rather than continuing to invest in both wired and wireless," said Sujai Hajela, vice president and general manager of Enterprise WLAN, Motorola Enterprise Mobility business. "802.11n-based wireless networks are more secure, more reliable, faster and cheaper than the traditional wired network infrastructure enterprises use today. The technology is ready for the wireless edge to evolve to the completely wireless enterprise."

Another industry trend that was validated by the survey showed that almost 60 percent of enterprises with existing WLAN deployments are providing access to more than half of their workforce. This represents a 20 percent increase over last year and highlights the growing adoption of Wi-Fi usage across various employee position levels and job responsibilities.

An example of how WLAN technology can improve network efficiency and the bottom-line is the innovative wireless deployment at San Marino Unified School District. "We decided to install a Motorola WLAN switch for centralized management and to standardize our access points from a single vendor to reduce the school district's wireless operational costs," said Stephen Choi, director of technology, San Marino Unified School District. "Motorola's indoor and outdoor wireless solutions will enable high performance mobile connectivity on all four campuses supporting 3,200 students and 300 employees, which enhances the educational experience."

Enterprise WLAN is part of Motorola's portfolio of innovative wireless broadband solutions and services that complement and complete Internet Protocol (IP) networks. Delivering IP coverage to virtually all spaces both indoors and outdoors, the portfolio includes fixed broadband, mesh, broadband over powerline, WiMAX and Enterprise WLAN solutions for private and public networks.

Motorola Launches PTP Wireless Bridges For Challenging Environments

New PTP 500 Series of wireless Ethernet bridges deliver high-performance, cost-effective, midrange throughput for non-line-of-sight connectivity
LAS VEGAS, April 28, 2008 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX News Network/ -- (Interop, Booth #1051) Motorola, Inc. (NYSE: MOT) today announced the addition of the PTP 500 Series of Wireless Ethernet Bridges to its portfolio of MOTOwi4(TM) Fixed Point-to-Point (PTP) solutions. The PTP 500 Series is ideal for deployments that require secure, high-performance backhaul or broadband connectivity and deliver carrier grade availability in obstructed, long-distance and harsh weather environments. Operating in the 5.4 and 5.8 GHz bands at Ethernet data rates up to 105 Mbps and distances up to 155 miles (250 km), the PTP 500 solutions give network operators and service providers reliable, midrange throughput for non-line-of-sight (NLOS) connectivity at an attractive price point.

The PTP 500 Series leverages the same PTP technology that recently earned Motorola the 2008 Queen's Award for Enterprise in International Trade. By delivering 105 Mbps of aggregate throughput, the 500 Series provides data rates between those currently available with Motorola's PTP 400 and PTP 600 Series further enhancing the portfolio to meet the growing demands being placed on networks today. The PTP 500 series delivers up to 99.999% availability in virtually any environment, including NLOS, long-distance line-of-sight (LOS), over water or open terrain and in extreme weather conditions.

"Our customers want access to specific wireless broadband applications and we want to be able to address all of their throughput requirements cost-effectively," said Dustin Jurman, president, Rapid Systems, a wireless service provider and integrator. "We are excited to see the PTP 500 Series filling a void in the market by providing a new option at the right price to deliver a rapid ROI."

In addition to the PTP 500 series, a new Motorola PTP LINKPlanner tool is now available to help operators determine link performance prior to purchase, based on specific path characteristics such as geography, distance and transmit power. The new PTP LINKPlanner, the next generation of the Motorola Link Estimator tool, allows network operators to configure single and multiple links simultaneously by providing a comprehensive overview of the entire network via Google Earth enabling the full optimization of a wireless network. The PTP LINKPlanner currently performs path calculations on the PTP 500 series radios and the upcoming enhanced version will allow link estimations on the 400 and 600 Series of Motorola fixed point-to-point bridges as well.

"Offering service providers and network operators a complete portfolio of wireless broadband solutions and planning tools ensures that they can deploy the right network to meet specific user requirements, regardless of weather conditions or RF environments," said Robert Baker, general manager, Point-to-Point, Motorola. "The PTP 500 Series of bridges are designed to reliably support building-to-building connectivity, voiceover-IP, video surveillance, telemedicine, disaster recovery, emergency services and high-speed backhaul."

The unmatched robustness and high-performance of the 500 Series comes from a unique and rich feature set, which includes Multiple-Input Multiple-Output (MIMO), Intelligent Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (i-OFDM), Advanced Spectrum Management and Adaptive Modulation.

Availability of the PTP 500 Series in the 5.4 GHz band is pending FCC certification in the United States.

The PTP 500 Series is part of the wi4 Fixed family of broadband solutions, part of the MOTOwi4 portfolio of solutions for public and private networks. The PTP 500 Series provides seamless integration with Motorola's wi4 Fixed PTP 400 and PTP 600 Series Wireless Ethernet Bridges as well as other MOTOwi4 solutions including wi4 Fixed PMP, wi4 WIMAX, wi4 Mesh and wi4 Indoor.

Kings XI Punjab vs Rajasthan Royals: An overview on previous matches

Kings XI Punjab is comparatively a less strong team in IPLT20. It has been played three matches against Chennai Super Kings, Rajasthan Royals and Mumbai Indians and just has become winner in one match against Mumbai Indians. Although it just has won one match but their batting line is so strong that can do anything miracle. If you would watch the match live in Television then you then you easily evaluate that the rivalry movement impressed all the viewers.

In the first match it scored 207 runs by losing 4 wickets and the opposite team cashed 240 runs. All the batsmen scored a stable runs in their own bags. In the second match against Rajasthan Royals, King XI Punjab score 166 runs but the opposite teams aggressive batting brought the victory. In the second match of Kings XI Punjab the two top order batsmen and two middle order batsmen’s fall brought the grip. Here I can add that slightly weak bowling lineup is the main cause of down fall of the team. The character of the Kings XI Punjab in third match was totally opposite than the previous two matches. Both line batting and bowling showed first class performances. KC Sangakkara’s batting was the turning point to cash a stable score. One the other hand the bowling was too tight for the contradictory team Mumbai Indians to dominate well.

It means that the Kings XI Punjab is improving day by day. I think the team management should analysis both the side batting and bowling. The bowling is weaker that batting side. The Mumbai Indians is so weak team that any team can beat them easily. So Kings XI Punjab should not be overconfident in this victory that it could beat any team easily except improving the bowling line-up. Source: cricinfo

A suffocated Victory of Rajasthan Royalas

All excitement is ongoing surrounding Shane Warne leaded Rajasthan Royals after a remarkable win against VVS luxman leaded Deccan Chargers. It was totally different an exciting matches. No one thought that Rajasthan Royals will take the winner credit.

Depending on A Symonds 117 runs Deccan Chargers scored 214 runs by losing wickets. RG Sharma also added the flow of the runs. Rajasthan Royals bowlers were totally helpless to the Deccan Chargers.

Running behind the runs DC scored, Rajasthan Royals reached 186 runs just losing 4 wickets and there were 3 overs still left. The match was totally favor on Rajasthan Royals but Pakistan all-rounder Shahid Afridi’s two big wickets of M Kaif and G Smith in an over dropped all the hopes.

After this over RP Singh took another wicket of RA Jadeja who did well in the previous match by bowled out and D Salunkhe run out fall Rajasthan Royals seriously trouble. The 19th over came to end and Deccan Chargers’ skipper VVS Luxman hand over the ball to Andrew Symonds to dominate Shane Warne but failed completely. In this over Symonds gave 19 runs where Shane Warne hit two sixes and one four. As a result Rajasthan Royals won the match by 3 wickets with one ball remaining. YK Pathan’s 2 wickets and 61 runs brought the crown of the Man of the Match.

Super Kings has the last laugh

In a format created to favour batsmen and big hitting, a bowler won the match for Chennai Super Kings at the M.A. Chidambaram Stadium here on Wednesday.

Young paceman Manpreet Singh Goni’s four immaculate overs at the beginning of the Mumbai Indians’ innings proved the decisive spell in a crucial Indian Premier League duel in front of a packed audience.

Bowling with control and working around the basics, Goni conceded just 18 runs in his four overs.

Super Kings won but not before surviving a scare after some hectic hitting by Abhishek Nayar (45 n.o., 20b, 6x4, 1x6) and skipper Harbhajan Singh in the end overs. A barrage of fours and sixes brought Mumbai Indians desperately close.

Joginder Sharma, once again, was alive at the death.
Second win

Defending 208, the host clinched a thriller by six runs for its second successive victory in the competition. Mumbai Indians is without a win in two games.

Mumbai Indians faltered at the start. S. Badrinath scored a direct hit from point to catch Luke Ronchi short of the crease at the non-striker’s end.

Not much later, key man Sanath Jayasuriya was unable to pick the impressive Manpreet Singh Goni’s change of pace.

Goni bowled tight from one end, but Jacob Oram suffered at the other as Robin Uthappa (43 off 36 balls) cut loose.

The batsman displayed power and finesse before swishing at a delivery from Joginder Sharma to lose his leg stump.

Mahendra Singh Dhoni shuffled his bowlers, led with a combination of instinct and foresight.

With the ability to get his deliveries to skid off the surface, Joginder can be a dicey bowler in this format and Dhoni used him to break partnerships.

A youngster like Palani Amarnath held his nerve — after being struck for a six — to castle Pollock.
Super Kings has the last laugh

IPL an incentive, not a distraction

IPL an incentive, not a distraction - How
Jamie How insists there is no ill-feeling towards New Zealand players in the Indian Premier League - and has urged the rest of the squad to seize their chance to get noticed for the tournament.

With captain Daniel Vettori in India, How will be skipper against MCC at Arundel on Sunday when New Zealand starts preparations for its three-Test series against England.

Vice-captain Brendon McCullum is also playing in the Twenty20 tournament - he smashed 158 in his first match - along with Ross Taylor, Kyle Mills and Jacob Oram.

Coach John Bracewell insists there is unity in his squad and How believes the money and exposure of the IPL is an incentive to perform.

"I think everyone wishes they will be in India at some point," he said.

"It's like our coach says, our best players are over there and it is something to aim for. We're happy for the guys that are over there."

Ironically, How's opposite number this weekend will be former New Zealand skipper Chris Cairns, with Nathan Astle also in the MCC line-up.

Bracewell admits the situation of missing players could have a destabilising effect, but also argued that problems can arise from a number of scenarios tourists face.

"It's not ideal but it is the reality of the landscape we live in and it's a great opportunity," he said.

"It's the landscape of our salaries in New Zealand. For us we see it as a glass half full rather than half empty - it brings us into line with rugby [salaries]."

Bracewell will have his IPL players returning next week, with Mark Gillespie travelling home and Michael Mason staying in England.

When his five senior players arrive in England, squad discussions will continue over how to deal with the IPL.

Bracewell believes much of New Zealand's previous preparations have been fractured anyway by split tours and different one-day and Test personnel.

"It's something we've discussed openly as a group, at length during our summer, and we are still discussing it," he explained.

"It is part of the growth and maturity of this team that we have to work in this landscape. You are always looking for ideals, this is reality - we have to adapt quickly to comings and goings."

He added: "All things have potential for [friction]. Our particular group understand it. It's incentive-based and an opportunity to bring us into line with [the salaries of] other Test nations."

Despite fringe players being given the platform to impress, the reality is that New Zealand's five 'superstars' will be in the side for the first Test, at Lord's on May 15.

"Superstars? We're a team," said How.

"The guys are realistic about the guys coming in. They are our senior players. There is the opportunity to press for selection and you can only go out and do your best."

With Stephen Fleming's retirement adding to their problems, New Zealand is regarded in England as overwhelming underdogs as it looks to rebuild. This despite having beaten England in the one-day series, and the first Test of their three-Test series in New Zealand last month.

Bracewell himself has been suggested as a possible departure, with the 50-year-old linked with a return to Gloucestershire.

"There are a lot of options out there for coaches as well as players," he said.

"I'm constantly in touch with them because I built up a lot of relationships. It's something that is not out of the question.

"I want to return to county because I really enjoyed the cricket played, the structure and the lifestyle."

Chennai Super Kings’ First match analysis

Chennai Super Kings is one of the unbeaten team of the DLF Indian Premier League, a T20 formatted League. It is going to meet it 3rd match and it is the 11th match of the DLF IPL series. The team has taken part in the two matches against Kings XI Punjab and Mumbai Indians. The team will have to fight against another unbeaten team Kolkata Knight Rider at MA Chidambaram Stadium, Chennai at 20:00 IST, 14:30 GMT. Both the teams are full of strength to meet each others. Now, the time will explain which team will be defeated on the 26 April match.

The first match summary of Chennai Super Kings innings: It was the 2nd match of Twenty20 formatted Indian Premier League. Chennai Super Kings won the toss elected to bat first scored 240 runs. It was the record of Twentey20 DLF IPL league. Australian batsman MEK Hussey’s not out 116 was helped it to score this run. Only the Captain of the team did not get more that 2 runs.

Super Kings won but not before surviving a scare after some hectic hitting by Abhishek Nayar (45 n.o., 20b, 6x4, 1x6) and skipper Harbhajan Singh in the end overs. A barrage of fours and sixes brought Mumbai Indians desperately close.

We cannot say that the bowlers of the Chennai Super Kings bowled well. The opposite team Kings XI Punjab scored 207 runs. It was the third highest runs that time. JR Hopes and Sangakara played well. M Muralitharan the top off spinner in the world now a day was bowled better.

Nayantara the Brand Ambassador of Chennai Super Kings

Most of the franchise of Indian Premier League team (a T20 formatted cricket match) has selected brand ambassador form different film industry. Nayantara is one of them who is from Kollywood, the brand ambassador Chennai Super Kings. She is spending her time in a tight schedule. Now she has become physically unfit.

This master of multitasking shoots for films round-the-clock. Recently, she had some health issues due to over exertion and opted out from the responsibility of being ambassador of Chennai Super Kings which would have put her under even more work pressure. We just witnessed her star power which made IPL select her as brand ambassador. Her presence and acting skills added to the success of Yaaradi Nee Mohini, where she was cast opposite Dhanush. She was Rajinikanth's heroine in Chandramukhi and has worked with Ajith. She is going to share screen space with Vijay in Singam and with Ajith in Aegan.

She is the most popular actress in the south India and has acted almost most of the actor. Chennai Super Kings will be played its next match against Kolkata Knight Riders. The fight will be harder because both teams are still unbeaten. Now will the brand ambassador present in the play ground to add more pleasure?

Cheerleaders needs to be ban?

Now DLF IPL is going on full speed. It is extra cheer for Indian especially cricket fans. To add more joy it added cheerleaders in the fields. Indian people are always crazy about cricket. It is one kind of pleasant for them. May be someone objected about the cheerleaders that their presence are not acceptable in the play ground.

"The girls are merely artistes who perform as per the instructions of organisers," Navi Mumbai Police Commissioner Ramrao Wagh said, adding that a performance license has been granted to the organisers of the match between Mumbai Indians and Deccan Chargers to be held at Nerul's D Y Patil stadium.

In the event of the cheerleaders indulging in obscenity, Wagh said, the "license holders" (the organisers) will be prosecuted under various provisions of the Bombay Police Act for indecency in a public place and breach of license terms.

The objection on the cheerleaders was raised in the State Legislative Council by Maharashtra BJP president Nitin Gadkari, who is also a member of the House. Gadkari said it was degrading to women and should be banned.

Maharashtra's Minister of State for Home, Siddhram Mhetre had yesterday told reporters that the government will not allow the cheerleaders to perform as their acts are "absolutely obscene" and wondered why the organisers required "semi nude" women at cricket matches.

Chennai Super Kings v Kolkata Knight Riders: Who will win?

Chennai Super Kings v Kolkata Knight Riders: Who will win?

Chennai Super Kings is one of the team which still does not loss any match. It has already played two matches against Kings XI Punjab and Mumbai Indians. The third match it will be played against Kolkata Knight Riders on April 26 at Chidambaram Stadium, in Chennai of the DLF Indian Premier League.

Kolkata Knight Riders is also another team that owns all the previous two matches and got the full score. It has beaten some of the big teams Bangalore Royal Challengers and Deccan Chargers. So the Points table is totally bowed down to the Kolkata Knight Riders. It is the top position holder of DLF Indian Premier League.

Now it is time to see what the time result will come on 26 April between the match Chennai Super Kings v Kolkata Knight Riders. Kolkata is in full strength with some high quality players Ponting, McCullum and Chris Gayle are among them. But the three are in injury they will back to home except Chris Gayle.

Sourav Ganguly's team will be the worst hit by the exodus. Ricky Ponting, McCullum and Chris Gayle, though he is yet to play due to injury, will be missing in action soon. Ponting will leave on May 1, McCullum on April 30 while the injured Gayle, even if he gets fit, will have to leave on May 15. These are big shoes to fill as Ponting is a proven commodity and McCullum became the first superstar of the IPL with a whirlwind record 158 on the opening night. They will look to the Pakistan opener Salman Butt and Zimbabwe's Tatendu Taibu to try plugging the big hole but it remains to be seen how effective they will be. Butt averages only 15.42 at a strike-rate of 81.20 in eight Twenty20 internationals and 16.62 at a strike-rate of 95 from 17 domestic Twenty20 games. Taibu averages 15.70 from 10 domestic Twenty20 matches but the runs have come at a fair clip of 122.65. Perhaps, Mohammad Hafeez will be pushed up the order. There is some good news for Kolkata, as the Pakistani seamer Umar Gul, who has joined the squad, will beef up the bowling.

Here is a complete Point Table till 24 April. After losing the third match against Rajasthan Royals Deccan Chargers confirm its tour to home. On the other hand Rajasthan Royals heroic come back driving them to the knock out league.

Although Kolkata Knight Rider is in good position because of its team member’s injury make them anxious. The players who are in injury may play on the match against Chennai Super King. The Chennai Super King is lead by Indian ODI captain MS Dhoni. There others strong team members are Matthew Hayden, Stephen Fleming, Michael Hussey who are powerfully dominating the other bowlers of the opposite team. Indian Twenty20 world Champions Trophy winner bowers Joginder Sharma is also in the team. In the last match his last over’s performance help Chennai Super King although the over was not less expensive.

The Prince of Kolkata Sourav Ganguly is the leader of the Kolkata Knight Riders who is the most successful Test Captains among the Indian captain ever. With DLF Indian Premier League, he is introducing with T20 matches. Now it is the question, will he be able to lead the teal well and perform well for his personal career?

Australia is determine to do well in future in T20 fromat

Australian players are doing well in the Indian Premier League. Twenty20 inaugural ceremony was bad time for Australia. No one did well in the tournament. But Australian players’ performance is raising new inspirations in the field of Twenty20 format. You all know that the team has walked with the top position of both ODI and Test. Now, they are eager to take the control of the top position of the Twenty20 formatted cricket tournament.

"The Indian league will be the Premier League, and then you have the Australian league as the second league, or even the English league," Marsh said in the Daily Telegraph. "Over time players could go and play in one of these leagues and then you'll have a situation where the ICC could license each league, get a return and distribute it to each of these boards."

"We need to find this window and then find how to get a return from it for each of the boards," Marsh said. "We might find a window and it opens a door for a whole lot of these leagues."

Now, ECB is thinking to improve the capacity of the team members especially the skills of the members. So it means that Indian Premier league has improved Austral to think more.

The first match of Chennai Super Kings

Chennai Super Kings is one of prestigious and strong squad which is leaded by Indian MS Dhoni. The ODI and Twenty20 World Cup winner captain Doni the highest paid players in the IPL Twenty20 tournament is leading the team. The owner of the team India Cements Ltd. the leading Cement manufacturing company acquired the Chennai Super Kings for US$91. It is a 10 year contact. Former Indian cricket captain Krishnamachari Srikkanth is the brand ambassador of the franchise and south Indian film South Indian film acotor Vijay and Nayantara are the team ambassador.

Fearless rulers have been an intrisic part of Tamil History. The reign of the Chera, Chola Pandya and Pallava dynasties represented the Golden era of Tamil Culture. The kings from their dynasties, fearless warriors in their own right have fought long and hard to establish the supremacy of Tamil rule and expand the Tamil kingdom within the subcontinent and abroad. It is from this rich heritage, that the name Chennai Super Kings draws inspiration. It is only natural that the modern day warriors in the sporting arena would try and replicate the exploits of their ancestors. The addition of the word Super gives the name a young and contemporary feel, which is in keeping with the game format. The 20 twenty as a cricketing format is all about enhanced drama and speed. The format has no scope for half measures, or anything less than a full-spirited war. In a similar fashion, given the mind space that the word "Super" occupies in the Tamil imagination, it enhances the qualities of the word it is prefixed to. Super Kings then is not just about royalty, but about absolute monarchy.

Chennai Super Kings already has played one match with Kings XI Punjab. The result was very positive for the all the team members. Chennai Super Kings, who chose to bat first won the toss and chose bat first. Its total sores came 240 by losing 5 wickets. So it was not very easy to reach for King XI Punjab to rache the target. Running behind this run King XI Punjab scored 207. MEK Hussey was the hero the team who scored 116 from 54 balls.

The next match of Chennai Super Kings on Apr 23, 2008 against Mumbai Indians at 20:00hrs (IST).

The first Two Match Summary of Rajasthan Royals and next

Rajasthan Royals is lowest bid team in the IPL T20 (Indian Premier League, Twenty20). The owner of the team is acquired by Emerging Media group for US$67 and will represent the city of Rajasthan. This is the only team that is leading by a foreign Captain. He is none but World top Spinner and first 700 wicket takers in the Test Match, Shane Warne.

From the beginning, he is leading all of his associates confidently. He is leading Rajasthan Royals not only as a Captain but also Coach too. Although he did not hunt any wicket in the first match along with Delhi Daredevils but in the second match his magic defeated the batsmen of Kings XI Punjab.

The fall of the third wicket put Watson on the defensive briefly. Sensing the need to build a partnership, he held one end up and waited patiently for the bad deliveries. Irfan Pathan got a couple to beat the bat but Punjab weren't prepared for the onslaught that was to come. One particular heave from Watson was so powerful it split the bat in half and yet just carried on over the long-on boundary. Wielding a new bat, Watson took on James Hopes, lofting one over his head on one knee, before nearly decapitating Irfan with a straight drive.

Here I want to remind an advertisement that showed in different satellite TV Channel. “The young man who supported Kings XI Punjab did not care the old man who supported the Rajasthan Royals”. But in the field the outlook-inside was totally changed. Rajasthan Royals counters so hard to Kings XI Punjab with bat-ball in the field.

Both the team Rajasthan Royals and King XI Punjab will meet again on 28 May 2008 at Punjab Cricket Association Stadium, Mohali, Chandigarh. So we have to wait for that day.

The excitement surround IPL is on elevated. Only the first match was one site biased. That day was totally under control of on Kolkata Knight Riders. On Sunday there were two matches on was Eden Gardens and other was at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.

Both the matches were full of vanity and arrogance. At Eden Gardens Deccan Chargers won the toss and elected to bat first because the pitch was very hard and difficult to bat. Although in the hard pitch Deccan Chargers did only 110 runs by losing all wickets in 18.4 oves. Kolkata Knight Riders also fall in trouble after top orders batsmen’s early fallen.

The people who watched the match on television channel could easily understand the ball was taken more tune and bounce. So it was not easy for the batsmen to dominate easily. At last, the match was totally positive to Deccan Chargers but DJ Hussey’s 6 put off all the light of DC. He scored 38 runs from 43 balls and walk away with the man of the match award.

The second match was between held in Mumbai between Bangalore Royal Challengers and Mumbai Indians. This match was also exiting too. The pitch was totally opposite to the Eden Gardens. It was a batting favorable pitch that is why Mumbai Indians won the toss and elected to bat first. Although the team was to lead by Sachin Tendulkar but he was out of the match in case of injury.

Mumbai Indians was started well and scored 165 runs by 6 wickets. Although the score was totally fightable but Bangalore Royal Challengers took it as honor. After losing the Bangalore match, it takes it as a challenge. At last Mark Boucher’s performances help them to reach to the target.

DLF IPL 4th and 5th Match : Online Live, Scoreboard, Live TV and Analysis

On 20 April, two matches of DLF IPL will take place in Eden Gardens and Mumbai. The match will be telecast live in different website. But DLF IPL live TV has become more popular now. Both the matches are important because Kolkata Knight Rider already has won one match in a long difference. On the other hand Bangalore Royal Challengers has lost the first match. So this match is most important to them.

CricketBuzz is one of website where you can find all news about cricket. ‘The World Wide Hub of Cricket’ holding this slogan it is dominating the online. It telecast all kinds of cricket (home or international) live. Although here is not ball by ball description but its scoreboard is very easy to understand.

cricket.deepthi.com is another short but notable telecasting internet media. It always shows a small scoreboard just about the blowers and batsmen. But there is another option where easily get the full scoreboard where live scoreboard is showing in an auto refresh.

Vcricket.com: Vcricket, simplifying cricket. The site provides some codes that show different sized of scoreboard according to your choice. If you put this code to your site or blog it will show the match live. It also showed the IPL live. If you visit is official website you will watch full score board.

Sony SetMax’s popularity increase for Telecasting IPL T20

Indian Sony Television and Singapore based World Sport Group acquired the Global telecast media right for ten years. It is a record of highest paid of US$1.026 billion. SetMAX is not a professional sports telecast channel but after get the DLF IPL telecast right it is getting a huge support from viewership. According to Audience Measurement & Analytics it is getting 2.1 percent market share.

The viewership of Sony SetMax during the three-hour period on Friday was way ahead of channels across the board. According to the agency, the closest competitor was Zee, which garnered a market share of 7 per cent. While Star Plus got a market share of 4.6 per cent, 9X was at 2 per cent, Sony Entertainment Television — another channel from the group — at 1.8 per cent and NDTV Imagine at 1.5 percent.

In spite of huge support, the authority is afraid of a quiz program that will be anchored by bollywood superstar and Kolkata Knight Riders owner Shah Rukh Khan.

The large viewership of IPL, according to industry experts, can be challenged only by Shah Rukh Khan’s new quiz programme “Kya Aap Paanchvi Pass Se Tez Hai”, which will be telecast on Star Plus from April 25 during the peak time of the matches (8pm to 9pm).

Shah Rukh Khan is not only the most popular actor but also anchor too. On the other hand Cricket is more popular than him. So I think there is not matter of afraid about the Quiz show.

BB McCullum’s 158runs and Kolkata Knight Riders

The first match of DFL IPL tewnty20 between KKR and RCB was taken place in Bangalore. Royal Challengers Bangalore’s captain Rahul Dravid won the toss and elected to field first with a great confidence. But at the end of 20 over the total confidence on blower has broken.

The New Zealand Batsman BB McCullum’s 158 runs by 73 balls. To achieve this score BB McCullum hit 10 fours and 13 sixes. Kolkata Knight Riders scored 222runs by 3 wickets.

Royal Challengers Bangalore the stable team in IPL

Royal Challengers Bangalore is going to lead by the former Indian captain Rahul Dravid. The IPL tournament is going to inaugurate with the match between Royal Challenger Bangalore and Kolkata Knight Riders. So which team is stronger between the two teams? Now I am giving some important example of coach, batsmen, bowlers and all-rounder of the Royal Challengers Bangalore team.

Dr. Vijay Mallya and UB group owned team RCB is coached by the former Indian Bowlers Venkatesh Prasad and the CEO is the cricket intellectual Charu Sharma. In the IPL tournament the team is going to represent the city of Bangalore. The team owner DR. Vijay Mallya has purchased the team for US$111.6 million. It is the second highest bid.

The batting line-up looks conventional with the likes of Wasim Jaffer, Shivnarine Chanderpaul and Jacques Kallis who are seasoned athletes but may not be the most proficient in the Twenty20 format. However, their experience though could give them an edge in crunch situations in the tournament. In contrast, the bowling lineup is more suited to the Twenty20 format. The likes of Anil Kumble, Zaheer Khan, Nathan Bracken, Abdur Razzak and Dale Steyn make for a potent bowling attack. A lethal combination of bouncers, in-swingers, yorkers and leg breaks makes Bangalore Royal Challengers one of the best bowling sides in the league.

There are some icon players in the team. Rahul Dravid, Jacques Kallis, West Indian Shivnarine Chanderpaul, Nathan Bracken, Cameron White, Mark Boucher and Dale Steyn. I think this sequence is proving that how strong the RCB is in the opening IPL tournament!

Royal Challengers Bangalore will be taken part in the robin round league. The total tournament has divided in two parts one is robin round and other is knock-out.

Mumbai Indians the top Bided and most Popular Team in IPL

Mumbai Indians is one of the popular teams in the inaugural IPL Twenty20 tournament. There are many stars cricket in this team such as Sanath Jayasuriya, Shaun Pollock etc. Some of the players of the national team of India also there who performed well in the inaugural Twenty20 world cup champion tournament in South Africa.

Robin Uthappa, 22 is one of them whose presentation impressed all the Indian fans, especially some of his innovative shoots. During the interval the commentator and cricket intelligent asked him about this shoot. He answered freely and told he practiced it in the home ground.

Indian Star Icon Sachin Tendulkar will lead the Mumbai Indians team. Although he is the best players in the world in both Test and ODI but he has not show any well performance in the Twenty20 format. Any way it is the time to show him. Some of the media reports told that he not fit for the tournament.

Now, it is a question who will lead the team Mumbai Indians, Robin Uthappa or Harbhajan Singh during the absent of the Sachin Tendulkar.

Indian peoples are always crazy in two things Crcket and Bollywood. In the IPL there are many Bollywood stars who are playing important role to make IPL popular. Hrithk Roshan is one of them who are the brand ambassador of Mumbai Indians team.

Mumbai Indians is the top bided team of IPL of $111.9 million. Mukesh Ambani and Reliance Industries Limited have purchased the team.

The first match of IPL on 18 April 2008

The most awaited IPL tournament is going to launch after a few hours. The inaugural ceremony will be taken place on 18 April. The M Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bangalore is fully prepared to celebrate the inaugural tournament between Royal Challengers Bangalore vs Kolkata Knight Riders. The match will run from 18 April to 1 June. The final will be on June 1 in Mumbai.

At 20:00 (IST) the two former captains will come to fight in the floodlight of Bangalore. Sourav Ganguly the captain of Kolkata Knight Riders and Rahul Dravid the captain of Royal Challengers Bangalore will meet each other in the home ground of Royal Challengers Bangalore.

The former India captains will walk out for the toss in a stadium plunged in darkness. Spotlights will trail them as they make their way to the middle, then finally the floodlights will come on as the home team's franchise, the Royal Challengers, take on the Kolkata Knight Riders.

I have got a nice similarity between the two teams that is both the teams have occupied the second positions form the ascending and descending way. That means the Royal Challengers Bangalore is the second highest bided team and the Kolkata Knight is second lowest bided team.

Kolkata Knight Rides Franchise Shah Rukh Khan has offered 1000 tickets for the fans to join the inaugural ceremony in Bangalore. Now it a question that which team will own the first match bangle or Bangalore? There are many storng and experienced players in the both team such as Rickey Ponting, Chris Gayle, Brendon McCullum, David Hussey , Shoaib Akhtar on the other team Mark Boucher, Nathan Bracken, Dale Steyn are the strong hands.

The Kolkata Knight Riders squad for IPL

Kolkata Knight Riders is a team of Indian Premier League among the eight teams. Although Kolkata Knight Riders owners Shah Rukh Khan, Juhi Chawla Mehta and Jai Mehta acquired second lower prize by bid but they have spend more money to hire high quality batsmen and bowlers. It is an accurate decision of Shah Rukh Khan and his associate franchise.

Sourav Ganguly, the former captain of the Indian cricket team is the icon player and will lead the Kolkata franchise. Also in the team is allrounder Chris Gayle and wicket keeper batsman Brendon McCullum. The most successful captain in world cricket Ricky Ponting follows suit with a bowling attack including Shoaib Akhtar, Ishant Sharma, Umar Gul. Others include Ajit Agarkar, Murali Karthik and David Hussey.

Shahrukh, Juhi and Mehta got the franchise of the Kolkata Knight Riders for $75.09 million. It is the second lowest bid. But they did not show any hesitate to spend more money to appoint some best quality players. Here is the list of Kolkata Knight Riders squad below.

David Hussey, Ricky Ponting, Salman Butt, Akash Chopra, Cheteshwar Pujara, Rohan Banerjee, Yashpal Singh, Debabrata Das, Sourav Ganguly (Captain), Tatenda Taibu, Wriddhiman Saha, Brendon McCullum, Chris Gayle, Ajit Agarkar, Mohammad Hafeez, Iqbal Abdulla, Laxmi Ratan Shukla, Ishant Sharma, Shoaib Akhtar, Murali Kartik, Umar Gul, Siddarth Kaul, Ranadeb Bose and Sourashish Lahiri.

Still now I do not get any list about the players who will play the inaugural match against Bangalore Royal Challengers in Bangalore on 18 April.

IPL live telecast on TV and online video streaming

Indian Sony Entertainment Television and Singapore based World Sports Group got the IPL (Indian Premier League) telecast media right on 15 January by bid. It acquired the 10 years right for US$1 billion. The dealing part is different and the BCCI will be paid US$908 million and US$108 million will be paid for the development of the IPL tournament. The inaugural IPL which is setup by BCCI and backed by ICC will be telecast live from 18 April in different media such as TV media, internet media, IPTV etc. Not only Sony and WSG but also GEO, Channel 10, Setanta Sports, TenNetwor Ten, Willow TV and Super Spots will telecast live in different continents.

Channel 10 is an Australia based television has acquired five years media telecast rights almost $15 million. Another Australia based TV Network Ten has secured five-year’s right. It will be showed in UK and Ireland. Both the TV channel will show 59 matches.

Dubai-based Arab Digital Distribution bought the rights to broadcast the IPL in the Middle East by securing a 10 year deal. Games will be broadcasted on ADD's ART Prime Sport, and will be available to viewers in the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Palestine, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Turkey, Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, Egypt, Sudan and Libya. If you visit Willow TV official website that is showing an advertisement, you will have to pay US$59 for 59 matches live video steaming to watch.

Geo Super is a first Sports pay TV channel in Pakistan. Geo Super’s offer gives the opportunities to the Pakistani people a little bit refreshment. We all know that the Sub-Continent is craze for cricket especially if it is India-Pakistan match. Viewers will have a chance to see great cricket stars besides more than 10 Pakistani players in action during these matches. Skipper of Pakistan Cricket Team Shoaib Malik, All Rounder Shahid Afridi, fast bowlers Mohammad Asif, Umar Gul, Sohail Tanvir, star batsmen Mohammad Yousaf, Younis Khan, Misbah-ul-Haq, Yasir Hameed and Muhammad Hafeez will represent various Indian teams during this mega event whereas inclusion of Shoaib Akhtar depends on the final decision on the hearing of his appeal.

The 45days 59 matches will be more mind blowing, BCCI is expectation it. But I think it will be difficult but timing. Most of the match times are in prime time (according to IST). For Australia and New Zealand fans it is nearly mid-nigh. For England it is morning and for American fans it is earlier down. Do you think that it will hit the heart of those fans that live in those geological locations?

Intervention of IPL on Journalism

To get popularity, media always plays an important role. I astonished to read the news that IPL authority has imposed rules on reporting about the IPL during the match time form the play ground. Even on the photographer too.

Various media organizations such as the Editors' Guild of India (EGI) the Sports Journalists' Federation of India (SJFI) and the Indian Newspaper Society (INS) had objected to the terms of the IPL following which the IPL had assured the media organizations that its terms would be revised to address their concerns.

Under its revised terms and conditions for media accreditation made available on April 9, 2008, the IPL has reportedly prohibited pictures taken by newspapers or news agencies to be used online (on the internet) or syndicated.

This is not a very good sign and I think it is an invisible handing on journalism. Although IPL take over some restriction form Photo journalism but it is not sufficient enough.

Shah Ruhk Khan’s Grand offer for Kolkata Knight Riders’ Team fans

Kolkata Knight Riders’ is the tam of BCCI established and ICC backed IPL that was setup to defeat ICL. BCCI and all the license holders of IPL teams are trying to make popular the IPL. After winning the ownership of Kolkata Knight Riders’ team Indian Bollywood superstar Shah Ruhk Khan’s attention to make his team to the fans. That is why, he has declared grand offer to the fans of Kolkata Team.

Thaindian reported:

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan is going all out and will buy away match tickets for his Kolkata Knight Riders’ team fans. Knight Riders will play seven away matches in the inaugural Indian Premier League (IPL) starting April 18 and Shah Rukh will buy 1000 tickets each.

I think it is a very good step to achieve the hearts of fans. Now it is time to see for which kinds of fans he will offer this tickets to watch the inaugural ceremony on 18 April.

What got you into FMI? My family got me into modelling when I was only 14, the rest just followed. FMI was always on my radar.

What is the toughest part of the preparation for FMI?

The toughest judges. Also the talent round in Mumbai where I’d be pitched against some of the best talents in the country.

Hobbies?

Working out and bowling with friends. I have an adopted daughter Angela, 9, who takes up a lot of my time. I have been looking after her since I was 14, but I only legally adopted her last year. My daughter has made me more responsible and far more matured for my age.

Does that make Sushmita Sen your role model?

No. I think I should be a role model for Sushmita because she adopted the baby after she got the crown. She lives with her mother while my mother lives in India which means I take care of both my daughter and my dad here in Dubai. That is not to say what she has done is not great. My dad is my role model for what he has done and still does for me.

What will you do if you win?

The first thing I’d like to do is adopt another baby. Then perhaps focus on Bollywood.

What are your long-term goals? Is Bollywood on your radar?

I want to get into Bollwyood anyway. I am clear about that. I have friends in Bollywood who have been urging me to give it a go. So, whether FMI title happens to me or not, my focus will be Bollywood.

BCCI offers amazing prize money of Rs. 12cr

BCCI inaugurated and ICC backed IPL is going to take place on 18th April 2008. Basically, BCCI has installed IPL to defeat ICL. Now, they have announced a huge amount of prize money. So it is really amazing. It seems that BCCI is trying to impress the players and the owners by declaring these rewards. Anyway, it is totally personal matter of BCCI.

WebIndia reported: Announcing the prize, Chairman and League Commissioner Lalit Modi said in a release that the runner up will be richer by Rs 2.4 crore while the two losing semi-finalists will each earn Rs 1.2 crore. The total prize money will be further divided amongst other teams, with the team finishing fifth collecting Rs 80 lakh, while the sixth finisher will earn Rs 70 lakh. The team finishing seventh on the league table will get Rs 50 lakh while the eighth finisher will earn Rs 40 lakh.

After declaring the prize money BCCI is feeling proud and telling that it is the highest prize money in the domestic cricket among the countries in the world. I think here nothing to say proudly because BCCI has taken a huge amount of money from the franchises.

What is the destination of Shoaib Akter? IPL or ICL

Pakistani speedster Shoaib Akhtar has been banned for five years. He was accused of breaking the cricket code. He was first banned at the time of the inaugural Twenty20 Championship for behave badly with his team mate. Recently, Pakistan Cricket Board has banned him again. Banning from the Pakistan cricket team, he has become uncertain at IPL. He was signed up with the team Kolkata Knight Riders.

Meanwhile, Shahrukh Khan is doing all he can to bring Shoaib Akhtar back to his team. He knew that he can hire another players but he want back him. He said that he would speak to BCCI and IPL Commissioner Lalit Modi on the matter and try to lift the ban. He is of the opinion that Shoaib should be allowed to play in the domestic cricket though he is banned from international cricket.

Shahrukh Khan is the owner of Kolkata Knight Riders. He was signed a contract with Shoaib Akhtar to play IPL on behalf Kolkata Knight Riders. As Pakistan Cricket Board has (PCB) for indiscipline, that is why IPL is going to the same rule. Now what is the decision of Shoaib Akhtar? Will he join in ICL or his career will stop here?
