Chennai Super Kings’ First match analysis

Chennai Super Kings is one of the unbeaten team of the DLF Indian Premier League, a T20 formatted League. It is going to meet it 3rd match and it is the 11th match of the DLF IPL series. The team has taken part in the two matches against Kings XI Punjab and Mumbai Indians. The team will have to fight against another unbeaten team Kolkata Knight Rider at MA Chidambaram Stadium, Chennai at 20:00 IST, 14:30 GMT. Both the teams are full of strength to meet each others. Now, the time will explain which team will be defeated on the 26 April match.

The first match summary of Chennai Super Kings innings: It was the 2nd match of Twenty20 formatted Indian Premier League. Chennai Super Kings won the toss elected to bat first scored 240 runs. It was the record of Twentey20 DLF IPL league. Australian batsman MEK Hussey’s not out 116 was helped it to score this run. Only the Captain of the team did not get more that 2 runs.

Super Kings won but not before surviving a scare after some hectic hitting by Abhishek Nayar (45 n.o., 20b, 6x4, 1x6) and skipper Harbhajan Singh in the end overs. A barrage of fours and sixes brought Mumbai Indians desperately close.

We cannot say that the bowlers of the Chennai Super Kings bowled well. The opposite team Kings XI Punjab scored 207 runs. It was the third highest runs that time. JR Hopes and Sangakara played well. M Muralitharan the top off spinner in the world now a day was bowled better.
